Return and Refund Policy

At ATHLUS, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions:

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Hygiene products (e.g. items in direct contact with skin) cannot be returned once opened.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

How to request a return:

Contact us at info@athlus.eu with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a return address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
