Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We ship all ATHLUS equipment from Spain to mainland EU countries only.
- Processing time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days, depending on the destination and courier.
- Shipping cost: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the size/weight of the products in your cart. You will see the final shipping price before you confirm your order.
- Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow the delivery.
Areas we do not ship to
Due to very high shipping costs and logistical restrictions, we currently do not ship to islands, including (but not limited to):
- Canary Islands
- Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera)
- Madeira and Azores
- Other non‑mainland territories
If you place an order with a shipping address in one of these areas, we will contact you and cancel the order with a full refund.

Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your ATHLUS equipment.
- If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging (including all accessories and manuals).
- To start a return, please contact us at info@athlus.eu with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions for the return process.
- Unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This may take a few working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
