• Do you ship to my country?
We ship from Spain to all EU countries. Shipping options, delivery times and prices are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Do you ship to islands such as the Canary Islands or Balearic Islands?
At the moment we only ship to mainland EU countries. Due to very high shipping costs and logistical restrictions, we do not ship to islands (for example Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Madeira, Azores and other non‑mainland territories). If you place an order with an address in one of these areas, we will contact you and cancel the order with a full refund.
• How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the destination, but most EU orders arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped.
• How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the weight/size of the products in your cart. You will see the final shipping price before you complete your purchase.
• Do you offer tracking for orders?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow the delivery status.
• What products do you sell?
We currently offer inversion tables and massage tools designed to support back care, muscle relief and overall recovery. Our range of equipment will continue to grow over time with new products.
• Are your products suitable for home use?
Yes. All ATHLUS equipment is designed to be used safely at home. Please always read the instructions carefully and follow the recommended guidelines before first use.
• Do I need medical approval before using an inversion table or massage tool?
If you have any existing medical conditions, injuries, are pregnant, or are under medical treatment, we recommend consulting your doctor or physiotherapist before using inversion tables or any recovery equipment.

The best way is to subscribe to our newsletter on the homepage. You’ll receive updates when we launch new ATHLUS equipment and when special offers are available.
